Drought declared in Oklahoma

The period of March-May of this year has been the driest since 1921. We here in Northeastern Oklahoma are more than 7 inches below normal rainfall for the year. Therefore, all but two counties in the state have been declared "Agricultural Disaster Areas."

I'll add this to the tally of unusual or record-breaking weather events that have happened over the past few years that certainly can't be the result of global warming.
