Weekend Roundup

President Bush is about to sign an energy bill that he says will help end our dependence on foreign oil even though the bill does nothing of the sort. Meanwhile, his poll numbers are way down and the mother of a dead Iraq soldier is protesting outside of his ranch.

The landing of Discovery has been delayed until tomorrow morning due to bad weather. Justice Stevens has spoken out against the death penalty. The Democrats and Republicans are arguing over beer money.

  1. I have a solution>>Pull our troops out of every place where we're not wanted except Iraq and Afghanistan..How many is that? Probably 200,000..Put them in Iraq and kick ass on anyone that is not an Iraqi citizen and close the borders with Syria and Iran..Next Tell the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia that if they won't stop funding terrorism, we will displace the whole Family and make camel drivers of them..then since we control the oil, we'll decide who loves America and who don't..Now wouldn't that shake the rafters and cause immediate cahous around the world? Yep but it sure would be exciting..
